Training
We even handle all the training. Superior
can customize your training program for the operational
procedures specific to the needs of your organization.
Training is performed either online or onsite by a
training specialist.
Physicians
Physicians can undergo training at any time during the
installation process and are usually trained on a 1:2
ratio of Superior representatives to physicians. Physician
training sessions are usually offered over a 2-day period.
Clerical
and Administrative Staff
At Superior we understand
that your clerical and administrative personnel is
an integral part of your system. So they receive the
same, thorough training as the rest of your medical
staff. That way, the entire office can take full advantage
of the Superior efficiencies - and no one is left
behind.
Medical
Records Staff
The Medical Records staff is trained on the management
system once we go live, usually at a 1:4 ratio. Training
usually takes about 2-3 hours.
